Please schedule site surveys with at least 24 hours' notice and choose the appropriate ZONE SCHEDULE based on the customer’s county. Surveyors will contact the customer before arrival, allowing a 2-hour window. The property owner must be present for the notarization of the NOC. South E. FL : Palm Beach, Broward, Miami Dade, Monroe. this must be scheduled at least 48 h notice.
